The Digital Fluency Intensive is an entry level programme that builds teachers’ confidence and capability with digital tools to enhance learning, completed over 9 sessions completed within a single school term.
Reading Practice Intensive (RPI)
The Reading Practice Intensive supports teachers to strengthen reading instruction through targeted practice and effective routines, running across 9 sessions spread over 3 terms.

Class OnAir showcases real Manaiakalani classrooms where teachers share their planning, lessons, and reflections to make their practice visible. The site offers a growing collection of filmed lessons and supporting materials that help educators see effective pedagogy in action. Class OnAir can be used for professional learning, team discussions, and strengthening planning across our network.
Lesson Bytes
Lesson Bytes are short, practical lessons created by Manaiakalani teachers to share effective ideas that can be used straight away in the classroom. Each Byte includes a clear learning intention, resources, and a simple sequence that supports teachers to integrate high-quality digital learning into their programmes. The collection is designed to spark ideas, build confidence, and make planning easier across our network.
