Manaiakalani provides Ministry funded Assessment PLD, where we work with you to develop and enhance your schoolwide assessment using high impact assessment practices, collecting quality, curriculum aligned assessment information that will serve as a powerful lever for improved teaching and learning outcomes across your school.
We will work with you over the year to build teacher and learner skills in assessment capability, while providing guidance for robust data collection, analysis and reporting. We have flexibility to build confidence with tools such as SMART, PAT, phonics checks, formative assessment that recognises learner proficiency, progress and metacognition.
We can collaboratively co-design PLD based on Best Practice Assessment Guidance that reflects the needs of your teachers and works for you.
